MD of broadcast specialist, markettiers4dc, Howard founded The Market Tiers Ltd in '94 initially specialising in editorial radio services and a year later launched a radio sponsorship and promotions division. In '98 he established 4DC, as an online marketing specialist and in '02 expanded his company's services with the launch of Tickbox.net as a research division. Then, in '05 he opened a full spec TV studio with a link to BT Tower for down-the-line TV interviews and live web-TV programmes. In the past 13 years he has been responsible for introducing many brands to Broadcast PR for the first time, including Vodafone, Camelot, Dyson, Barclays and CORGI. He regularly speaks at many Broadcast Convergence Conferences and sits on the Digital Convergence Panel, and is seen as a leading exponent of new broadcast technologies to the benefit of the communications industry.
